Article 414: The Passage			第414條： 正步
1. The Passage is a measured, very collected, very elevated and very cadenced trot. It is characterised by a pronounced engagement of the hindquarters, a more accentuated flexion of the knees and hocks, and the graceful elasticity of the movement. Each diagonal pair of feet is raised and returned to the ground alternately, with cadence and a prolonged suspension.			1. 正步是一種很有韻律，極度收縮，四肢高抬，節奏明顯的快步。其特點是後軀有力的深踏，膝關節和飛節充分彎曲，動作優美，富有彈性。斜對角肢輪流抬高和落地，有節奏並且騰空時間較長。
2. In principle, the height of the toe of the raised foreleg should be level with the middle of the cannon bone of the other foreleg. The toe of the raised hind leg should be slightly above the fetlock joint of the other hind leg.			2. 原則上，前蹄尖抬起的高度應達到另一側前肢管部的中段位置，後蹄尖抬起的高度應略高於另一側後肢的球節。
3. The neck should be raised and gracefully arched with the poll as the highest point and the nose line close to the vertical. The horse should remain light and soft 'on the bit' and be able to go smoothly from the passage to the piaffe and vice-versa, without apparent effort and without altering the cadence, the impulsion being always lively and pronounced.			3. 馬的頸部應當抬高，優美地弓彎著，項部位於最高點，馬頭的鼻線接近垂直。馬匹仍然輕柔地 '受銜'，並且能流暢地從正步變換到原地踏步，又能相反地變換，變換動作不牽強，節奏也不變，始終有明顯活躍的前進氣勢。
4. Irregular steps with the hind legs, swinging the forehand or the hindquarters from one side to the other, as well as jerky movements of the forelegs or the hind legs or dragging the hind legs are serious faults.			4. 後肢運步不規則，前軀或後軀左右搖擺，前肢或後肢動作不平穩的動作，或後肢拖地都是嚴重的缺點。 資料來源：馬術&馬
