Article 415: The Piaffe			第415條： 原地踏步
1. Piaffe is a highly collected, cadenced, elevated diagonal movement giving the impression of being in place. The horse's back is supple and elastic. The hindquarters are slightly lowered, the haunches with active hocks are well engaged, giving great freedom, lightness and mobility to the shoulders and forehand. Each diagonal pair of feet is raised and returned to the ground alternately, with spring and an even cadence.			1. 原地踏步是高度收縮，節奏明顯，對角肢高抬，原地進行的的動作。馬的背部柔軟而有彈性，後軀降低，腰臀部和活躍的飛節良好地深踏，肩部和前軀輕鬆自如，機動性強。每對斜對角肢輪流高抬和落地，節奏均勻且有彈性。
	1.1. In principle, the height of the toe of the raised foreleg should be level with the middle of the cannon bone of the other foreleg. The toe of the raised hind leg should reach just above the fetlock joint of the other hind leg.			1.1. 原則上，前蹄尖抬起的高度應達到另一側前肢管部中段位置。後蹄尖抬起的高度應剛好達到另一側後肢球節的上方。
	1.2. The neck should be raised and arched, the nose line vertical. The horse should remain 'on the bit' with a supple poll, maintaining a light and soft contact. The body of the horse should move in a supple, cadenced and harmonious movement.			1.2. 馬匹頸部高抬弓彎，頭部的鼻線垂直。馬維持 '受銜'，項部柔軟，保持輕鬆、柔和的接觸。馬體柔和、有節奏，協調的動作。
	1.3. Piaffe must always be animated by a lively impulsion and characterised by a perfect balance. While giving the impression of being in place, there may be a visible inclination to advance, this being displayed by the horse's eager acceptance to move forward as soon as he is asked.			1.3. 原地踏步必須始終有活躍的前進氣勢，以及完美的平衡的特點。要給人一種印象，雖然動作是在原地進行的，但是還是有向前進的傾向，這是藉由馬匹熱切的等待指示向前運動來表現。
	1.4. Moving even slightly backwards, irregular or jerky steps with the hind or font legs, no clear diagonal steps, crossing either the fore or hind legs, or swinging either the forehand or the hindquarters from one side to the other, getting wide behind or in front and too many forward steps are serious faults. A movement with hurried, unlevel or irregular steps, without cadence or spring cannot be called a true piaffe.			1.4. 即使是稍稍向後退，後肢踏步不規律或不平穩，沒有明顯的對角步，前肢或前後肢交叉，前軀或後軀左右搖擺，前肢或後肢張開，或是太多往前的踏步等都是嚴重缺點。 動作慌忙，不對稱或者運步不規則，沒有節奏感或是沒有彈性，都不能算是真正的原地踏步。 資料來源：馬術&馬
