北京马术协会官方品牌赛事，致力于为中国潜力骑手（青少年）与潜力运动马（5-7岁）打造专属年轻人马的国际交流平台。自2014年创立至今，已在北京成功举办3届年度总决赛，其中全明星级别已邀请逾20名外国青少国家冠军骑手参赛，与中国青少骑手直面交流；此外，已在昆明、成都、济南、大连、南京、重庆、锦州、无锡（即将）以及法国（即将）举办10场通往总决赛的分站/积分赛。本年度总决赛骑手与马匹即将于8月18-19日决战于北京！

Founded2014, Future Star Equestrian Competition(FS) is an official IP held by BeijingTurf & Equestrian Association (BTEA). FS aims to provide opportunity fortechnical & cultural exchange. FS welcomes young “super riders” andexcellent young horses to stage on and shine! As of June 2017, FS hassuccessfully held 3 Finals in Beijing, total of over 20 foreign nationalchampions who are under 21-year old to join the “Star Class” of the last 2Finals. Besides, FS has offered Regional pre-qualifications in 10 citiesoutside Beijing to meet need of growing young rider crowd. This year, the Finalis counting down on 18-19th of August! Be ready for the summer challenge!

总决赛奖金 | Prize Info

8月18-19日（周五-周六）总奖金为11万8000元人民币，其中部分优胜骑手将得到现金奖金，其余优胜骑手将获得等价值奖品，如下图——

Thisyear, the Final prize award is RMB 118,000, some winners are awarded with prizemoney, other winners are awarded with equal-value prizes, shown as following:

平均参赛费：冠军奖金= 1：5，奖品将于赛前陆续公布！（如赛事奖金有任何调整，赛事组将第一时间公布并通知已报名骑手）

Theavg. registration fee : prize = 1:5. The equal-valued prized will be noticedcontinuously before the Final. (Any adjustment to the Prize will be speciallyannounced and notified to registered riders)

全明星赛 | All-Star Class

将有来自世界各国的青少年冠军骑手组成国际代表队，在周六与中国代表队进行未来之星“全明星赛”对抗；往届总决赛已邀请的国家包括新西兰、韩国、法国、比利时、波兰、美国。今年赛事组将邀请法国、意大利、比利时、瑞典等国青少冠军骑手参赛，骑手也可以选择在周五参加额外的个人争夺赛。今年总决赛的部分应邀骑手信息如下——

Thecommittee has invited national champions (youth class) from New Zealand, Korea,France, Belgium, Poland and the United States in past 2 finals. This year, wecontinue to invite young riders from France, Italy, Belgium and Swiss for theAll-Star. Star riders are free to compete for individual on Friday. 2.本年度全国积分赛各赛区承办单位推荐的外卡骑手（各级别/科目1名），可报名参加总决赛。须由承办单位提交名单，不接受个人报名。

Have given “wildcard” by below contributor with certain numbers of cards. The committee DO NOTaccept individual registration. All registration must register by teams.

外卡名额配置表/Wild Card Contribution：

3.北京地区及其它非积分赛区骑手可报名参加总决赛并通过首轮预赛，进入总决赛。

Riders representing teams located inBeijing and regionals that have no qualifications must pass the NationalQualification(1st day) before going into the Final(2nd -3rd day).

· 首轮预赛的淘汰率为5-10%，未通过预赛骑手可选择40%报名费退款；也可不退款，选择在总决赛中进行测试（只计成绩不计排名）。

· National Qualificationhas an elimination rate of 5-10%. Riders are free to choose 40% return onregistration fee after elimination and rest, or to choose continue testingduring the final with no rank.

骑手礼遇 | Riders Package

每位参赛骑手将获得如下礼遇：欢迎派对2个名额、颁奖晚宴2个名额、赛事专用汗垫、马匹降温用毛巾、完赛证书、专业赛场照片、视频回放、北京马协官网及“马术家”等移动端赛事专属骑手个人介绍。

Besides 2 passes to the welcome party, each rider is also given2 passes to the Award Ceremony Dinner on last-day evening. The committee hasprepared a rich package for each registered rider, including: horse pad, towel,certification, professional photography, video playback and rider’s biospecifically to mobile audience.

欢迎派对 | Welcome Party

“赠人玫瑰，手留余香”。赛事组为每位骑手发放2个席位，并邀请您带一件神秘礼物（任何物品）给派对上的陌生人。每位参赛骑手将与本年度7个积分赛赛区代表、受邀外国青少冠军及其教练/家属、主承办方受邀贵宾、国内知名青少年骑手，年轻马马主，马业主流媒体代表等，共聚一堂，互动交流，共促行业发展，开启大赛最精彩的两天赛程！待到派对结束时，每位参赛骑手也将带走来自陌生人的神秘礼物。

Each rider is given 2 passes to the welcome party, we kindly askevery attendee to bring 1 gift to the party, better wrapped up nicely, toexchange for 1 other gift by a stranger. Riders will be social with people suchas representatives from 7 cities that held FS Regional Qualifications, invitedforeign national champions (youth), top Chinese young riders, owners of younghorses and major media of horse industry. We look forward to unfold the bigshow and hope you enjoy the party!

赛事团队 | Professional Team

场地障碍裁判长、盛装舞步裁判由30年赛场经验的国际级、国家级裁判担任；西部马术裁判将由AQHA美国本土裁判担任；其他各岗位裁判由北京马协从执裁时长不少于50小时的熟练裁判中择优选派；路线设计师及大赛兽医均具备FEI资质。

We keep professionalism so that riders are treatedprofessionally. For showjumping and dressage, the judges are national and FEIcertified plus over 30 years of professionalism. For basic reining, the judgesare AQHA certified. Stewards and tech reps are selected directly by BTEA, amonga pool of excellent judges who have been recorded at least 50 hrs of judgework. Course designer and the Vegetarian are also FEI certified.
